    Aircraft maintenance and related technical services

    Futura provides charter flights for a number of the most important tour operators and airlines in Europe, and is particularly strong in the markets of Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Scandinavia and Poland.

    Our fleet of 38 Boeing 737s is placed at the disposal of our clients. Whenever we have an aircraft available we can send it rapidly to the destination indicated by the client, to be operated either by our own crew or by that of the client.

    Aircraft maintenance and related technical services:

    The maintenance system approved by Futura complies with Parts 145 and M of the standards set by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and has been in place since 1993.

    Futura carries out daily inspections and type 'A' and 'B' checks, both on its own fleet and for other air carriers, at its bases in Palma de Mallorca, Tenerife, Las Palmas and Malaga.

    40% of our maintenance technicians hold the FAA A&P certificate, which allows them to certify certain maintenance tasks for aircraft registered in the USA and countries that work under the FAA system.
