Repeat the exercise five times.

Stretch yourself out in your seat and flex your right foot upwards and downwards as far as you can. Rotate your foot 6 times clockwise and then a further 6 times anticlockwise.

Repeat with your left foot.

Sit up with your head held high and breathe in deeply. Hold your breath and gently lean your head over to your left, hold it for 3 seconds and gently breathe out. Do the same towards your right.
